Hanne Breddam

Chair, Advisory Board

Hanne Breddam is a tech entrepreneur working with emerging technologies facilitating sustainable tech innovation and growth.

Back in 2000, she founded the company BusinessMinds in Denmark, Australia, and the Philippines. In 2008, Hanne sold the Danish arm of BusinessMinds to PwC including 50 consultants. BusinessMinds activities (Denmark, Australia, and the Philippines) merged into QVARTZ in 2018 and she became a QVARTZ Analytics equity partner. After the merger with Bain &Co Hanne resigned in September 2020 to continue independently.

 

Today, Hanne is on the executive team of IT-Kartellet, a board member, and an investor in startups.
She has advised on data analytics and management for 50+ companies within 10+ industries.

Axel Brachet

Advisor

Axel Brachet is a Finance Director at Google. He's worked at Google for 15 years, in the US, France, and Spain. Axel is passionate about Sustainability: he's on the core team for Google’s European start-up
accelerator program focused on the Sustainable Development Goals. He met Mathieu and Jan as Everimpact joined the Accelerator in 2020. From the start, he's been impressed by Everimpact's team, vision, and technology. He lives in Paris with his wife and 3 kids and loves cycling and rugby.

Vicky Sins

Vicky Sins Vicky leads the Climate, Just transition and Nature work at the World Benchmarking Alliance (WBA), a global non for profit-driving corporate accountability on the SDGs. Before joining WBA 3 years ago Vicky spend almost 15 years in the Financial Service Industry in the Energy and Commodity sector as well as on the Clearing side where she also headed up the CSR work. At the moment she also sits on the Institute of Management Accountants global task force on sustainable business management. After living and working abroad for a number of years in Asia and London she now lives in the Netherlands with her husband, 3 kids, and dog. She loves the outdoors, the beach, and living an active and healthy life.

Nakul Malhotra

As Vice President for the Emerging Opportunities Portfolio for the Maritime Services segment in Wilhelmsen, Nakul is deeply engaged in the company’s corporate venturing endeavours and is an avid proponent of bridging industry domain expertise with new-age technology capabilities. With a maritime industry involvement of over 25 years, Nakul combines a wealth of international maritime commercial, operations, and management experience, with qualifications in marine engineering, business management, and direct seafaring experience.

He is also a strategic advisory board member for a number of maritime start-ups and mentor in several incubators and accelerators globally in the maritime domain plus is a Fellow of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology, Royal Institution of Naval Architects, and the Nautical Institute and a keen commentator on maritime innovation and digitalization.

Sylvain Goupille

Advisor

Sylvain Goupille has an unparalleled experience in climate finance after having spent his entire professional life in bringing financial innovation into climate action, first as part of the Climate Advisory Business of PWC, then setting-up and managing the Climate Finance business of BNP Paribas before co-founding and managing Mirova-Althelia, a pioneer fund management firm specialised in nature-based solutions. He currently manages several companies specialised in impact and climate finance. Sylvain holds an MBA from HEC Paris.
