Transport emissions smart city platform

London Greenwich Borough

Everimpact worked with the Association of mobile operators GSMA, the London Royal Borough of Greenwich,  and Digital Greenwich to monitor air quality and carbon emissions utilising mobile, IoT and Big Data technologies. The project improved the health prospects and quality of life for citizens while providing city administrators with vital information to implement new solutions and quantify their success.

Waste emissions smart city platform

Manchester City Council

Everimpact worked with the EU Synchronicity consortium and the Manchester City Council to build a smart city platform to monitor emissions from solid waste. The resulting smart city application is a cross-domain platform, that gathers data from IoT-enabled devices, analyzes the data with smart algorithms, and generates and presents insights for the city. This helps Manchester engage with its citizens around solid waste management solutions and economic, environmental and social benefits of reductions of carbon emissions.

Everimpact in collaboration with Telefónica and the Madrid City Council built a smart city platform to monitor transport emissions. The project captured data from various pollution monitoring sensors, such as monitoring stations installed in Madrid combined with CO2 satellite data. The resulting product is a smart city dashboard showing pollution levels in the city.
